1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, consulting frameworks, or proprietary software platforms (including but not limited to Analyzehive Flow, flowEstate, and Analyzehive Nexus) provided by Analyzehive (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “User,” or “Enterprise”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Scope of Services & Enterprise Platforms
Analyzehive provides both AI Data Driven strategic architectural consulting and proprietary SaaS infrastructure. The specific deliverables, API access limits, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will be defined in your individual Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
Analyzehive Flow & flowEstate: Access to these platforms is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription basis.
Analyzehive Nexus (Pharma AI): Access to Nexus is strictly subject to the regulatory compliance and data sovereignty protocols outlined in Section 5.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Predictive Disclaimers
Analyzehive deploys advanced machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics. The Client acknowledges that:
Mathematical Probability: Predictive market intelligence, forecasting, and Autonomous Revenue Execution systems are based on complex mathematical probabilities and historical data. They do not guarantee future financial performance, revenue, or specific market outcomes.
Algorithmic Outputs: While we engineer our AI systems for maximum fidelity and accuracy, machine learning models may generate unpredictable or anomalous outputs. The Client remains responsible for the final review of any AI-generated commercial actions or chemical/pharmaceutical data syntheses.
4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
Analyzehive Infrastructure: Analyzehive retains absolute and exclusive ownership of all underlying code, AI models, neural architectures, LLM prompts, deployment protocols, and software platforms (Flow, flowEstate, Nexus).
Client Data: The Client retains full ownership of all raw historical data, CRM records, and intellectual property uploaded into Analyzehive systems.
Model Training: Unless explicitly siloed via an Enterprise MSA, Analyzehive reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated systemic data to improve our underlying computational models.
5. Data Sovereignty, Security, and Compliance
Analyzehive infrastructure is deployed via elite edge networks to ensure sub-100ms latency and enterprise-grade security.
Highly Regulated Data (Nexus): Clients utilizing Analyzehive Nexus for predicting Expiry Brekage or Medical Representative confidential reporting are solely responsible for ensuring that the data provided complies with all applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA guidelines).
Data Siloing: Analyzehive agrees to deploy end-to-end encryption and siloed GPU-accelerated environments for enterprise clients as defined in their custom MSA.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Analyzehive platforms or infrastructure to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying neural weights of our proprietary AI models.
Deploy autonomous agents to generate spam, violate telecommunication laws, or execute malicious cyber activities.
Upload unauthorized or unethically sourced data into our forecasting engines.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Analyzehive, its leadership, and its R&D partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our autonomous ecosystems.
Any strategic business decisions made based on our Commercial Truth diagnostics or Predictive Intelligence outputs.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, despite our enterprise-grade security measures.
8. Payment, Compute Usage, and Infrastructure Throttling
API & Compute Usage: Enterprise software subscriptions include allocated GPU compute and API call limits. Exceeding these limits may result in automated throttling or additional overage charges as defined in your contract.
Payment Terms: High-ticket architecture deployments and software subscriptions are billed as outlined in your SOW. Failure to remit payment may result in the immediate suspension of your autonomous pipelines and AI agents.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
